HanulSec has one office, in Koramangala, Bengaluru. We serve companies across India and in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and take on projects worldwide. Almost all security testing, including AI red teaming, can be done remotely and safely under written authorisation. For Bengaluru clients we can meet at your office; elsewhere, on-site visits can be arranged when a project needs them.

Working hours

Your day, our day.

Most of our clients share a good part of their working day with us. Where they do not, the incident line covers the night.

Working hours in India time. A 9-to-6 day in Bengaluru runs 09:00 to 18:00. Singapore’s runs 06:30 to 15:30, sharing six and a half hours. Dubai and Abu Dhabi run 10:30 to 19:30, sharing seven and a half hours. Riyadh runs 11:30 to 20:30, sharing six and a half hours. London runs 14:30 to 23:30 in winter, sharing three and a half hours. New York runs 19:30 to 04:30 in winter, with no shared hours, covered by the 24/7 incident line. Q01Do you have offices outside Bengaluru?
No. Bengaluru is our only office. We serve India, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and other countries from there, mostly remotely, and arrange on-site visits when a project needs one.
Q02Can you really test our systems without being on site?
Yes, almost always. Web and mobile apps, APIs, cloud, AI chatbots and agents are tested over the internet under written authorisation. Internal networks are reached through a small test machine inside your network that connects securely to our team.
Q03What time zone do you work in?
India Standard Time (UTC+5:30): 90 minutes ahead of the UAE, two and a half hours ahead of Saudi Arabia and two and a half hours behind Singapore. The 24/7 incident line on +91 0080887899 answers at any hour.
Q04Do you work with companies outside these four places?
Yes. These are our main markets, with local rules covered in our guides, but we take on projects worldwide. US and European clients usually start with a penetration test, AI red teaming or SOC 2 readiness.
Q05Do you charge more for clients outside India?
The price depends on what is tested, how big it is and how deep we go, not on where you are. If a project needs travel, we say so in the proposal before you agree to anything.
